 What is nature deficit disorder? It's not a medical term, but a social trend that describes the human costs of alienation from nature. We are raising the very first generation of Americans to grow up disconnected with nature. These practices are making children overweight, depressed and distracted. Evan McGown from the Institute for Wild Intelligence will lead a discussion on this topic and talk about the importance of nature mentorship for children.
